Stunning Lamborghini Insecta has us swooning

The simply irresistible, achingly-beautiful car you see here is the Lamborghini Insecta, the work of a freelance Romanian designer named Iulian Bumbu. As the name of the concept suggest, Bumbu took his inspiration from the exoskeleton of insects for what he calls an organic shape.

Do you all agree that Lamborghini should buy the design and build it exactly as is (except, in the name of all holy cows, NOT in Barney purple)? We certainly do. The Insecta has been built around a Gallardo chassis and mechanicals, so making it a reality is not that far a stretch.
